Hybridoma cell growth perfusion process
Hybridoma cell 3G5 cells growth in a 3L BioFlo 110 with a Spin Filter impeller

The FOGALE BIOMASS SYSTEM signal provides
direct real time informations on:

>Cell growth monitoring:
The permittivity signal is directly correlated to viable cell count.

>Time of perfusion:
The permittivity allows to detect the optimal time for increasing the perfusion rate.

Relationship between viable cell densities (determined by NBS NucleoCounter & Trypan Blue Method) and permittivity (determined by FOGALE BIOMASS SYSTEM).

S1: initial batch culture stage
S2:medium perfusion stage
S3: batch culture stage.
T1, T2, and T3 indicate that we increased the perfusion rate, which rapidly increased cell growth.
