The surface metrology software give you access to surface curvature parameters, surface roughness parameters. A specific function allows a clear separation between surface curvature and surface roughness. Step height measurement and size measurement are automatic. Automatic measurement sequences can be recorded, with autofocus, stage translation, pattern matching, automatic measurement, and automatic customizable excel report output. Examples of metrology functions: - 3D profile heights, distance, tilt measurement. - 2D profile with cursors - Shape measurement (curvatire, tilt) and shape removal - Roughness and waviness measurements, with clearly defined cut-off frequencies - Pattern size measurement - Surface comparision/substraction - Color-coded 2D/3D display - Vibrometry functions: amplitude and phase of vibration, mode shape 3D animation | |
