    CS 200
    Industrial version for non-contact metrology

    The CS 200 result of FOGALE nanotech expertise in capacitive metrology enables exceptional non-contact dimensional measurement in industrial environment. Measurement can be either static (1 measurement per second) or dynamic (5000 measurements per second)

    - Low price

    The use of a new technology made it possible to reduce the price of a capacitive system down to the price of a system based on eddy current principle, with ten times better performances.
    This system authorizes measurements on all targets wathever the material: electrically conductive or slightly conductive, insulators (special calibration).

    - Adapted to insustrial constraints

    Very good immunity against magnetic and electromagnetic emissions. Shielded box in cast aluminium.

    - Universal power supply
    CS 200 can operate with all standard power supplies (100-240 Vac). A low voltage model (12 or 24V dc) is available

    - Interface

    Thanks to outputs, vaoltage (0 - 10 V) or current (4 - 20 mA), the CS 200 can be connected to all types of acquisitions systems.

    MC 900 / MC902

    Modular Electronics, EUROPA Format

    The MC 900 or MC 902 are the modular versions of capacitance based non-contact dimensional measurement systems. The modules are designed to fit in 19'' 3U rack ; up to 12 channels per rack or upto 8 channels can be inserted in the MCU9400 data acquisition and processing unit ; 2 MC 900 modules can also be integrated with the ADD 20 000 module. All channels can be synchronized.

    - Laboratory or industrial environment
    These rack version usually preferred in laboratory environment. For industrial environment, MC 900 or MC 902 are proposed with a strong water-proof aluminuim casing.

    - Very convenient and easy to use
    Measurement range, offset, banedwidth can be chosen : all setting, at operator's fingers are disposed on the front panel of the module.

    - Functional
    It allows measurements on all spare parts (conductive or insulating).

    - Applications
    Measurement of distance, vibrations, displacement, thickness, diameter.

    - Quality of measurements
    The reliability of measurement is exceptionally good :
    > The long term stability zero and gain of these electronics are excellent.
    > Thermal drift of zero and gain are lower than5.10-5.°C
    > Thermal drift of sensors can be lower than 1.10-6/°C (sensors made in silice) or as low as 12.10-6/°C (aluminium) or 28.10-6/°C (Stainless steels).

    The modules are designed to fit in 19'' 3U rack (up to 12 channels per rack) can be inserted in the MCU9400
    data acquisition and processing unit.

    Blade tip clearance at high temperature

    MC 902D-C and MC902D-T are the modular versions of our capacitive electronics specially dedicated to blade tip clearance me??asurement.
    They allow dynamic measurements of exceptional quality.
    The modules are set in our 19''3U supply racks.

    The electronics can be connected to all type of high temperature coaxial

    of the sensor temperature on the measurement.
