Fogale Sensors at CTOTF Fall Conference 2025 – Real-Time Monitoring for Fast Ramping and Operational Resilience

From September 22nd to 26th, Fogale Sensors proudly participated in the CTOTF Fall Conference 2025 in La Quinta, CA (Palm Springs, USA), a major gathering for the combined cycle and gas turbine community. With many professionals and operators visiting our booth, the event once again confirmed the relevance of our advanced sensing technologies for today’s power generation challenges.

Real-Time Monitoring for Fast Ramping and Operational Resilience

At the heart of our participation were our non-contact BTC (Blade Tip Clearance) and BTT (Blade Tip Timing) solutions, designed not only to support fast ramping but also to provide comprehensive Health Monitoring of turbines. These systems enable operators to track blade vibration, tip clearance, and early signs of structural fatigue, ensuring long-term reliability, predictive maintenance, and overall operational safety.

Visitors discovered how Fogale’s systems provide real-time, high-precision measurements of clearance and vibration across all operating conditions. The strong interest around our diagnostic capabilities confirmed the importance of accurate data to identify resonance behavior, prevent contact or friction, and anticipate early-stage blade damage.

Your Gateway to Advanced Sensing Technologies

Throughout the conference, attendees explored our portfolio of advanced monitoring systems, demonstrating a complete chain from sensor hardware to software analytics, including:
• BTC/BTT and shaft orbiting solutions
• Compact acquisition electronics for harsh environments (in partnership with Texys, Optel, and LGS)
• Real-time systems for pressure, temperature, speed, and strain

Our modular and integrated solutions are proven in both OEM and retrofit applications, helping operators enhance turbine performance, ensure reliable Health Monitoring, and implement predictive maintenance strategies.

Meet the Team – Exhibit Night and Beyond

The dedicated Exhibit Night on Monday, September 22nd, was a highlight of the week, offering a great opportunity to exchange with turbine operators, maintenance experts, and engineers. Discussions centered on operational resilience and data-driven decision-making, with visitors sharing valuable feedback on real-world monitoring challenges. These exchanges confirmed how Fogale’s precision sensing systems directly support safer, smarter, and more efficient turbine operations.

Looking Ahead

CTOTF 2025 was an excellent platform to strengthen our connections within the U.S. energy sector. The conversations and insights gained during the event will help drive future developments in our sensing technologies.

We look forward to continuing these collaborations and to meeting again at upcoming conferences.
